All items are sent via the Royail Mail service.
Usually we ship orders within 3 working days, during busy periods dispatch times may vary.

If your order qualifies for free shipping or a free shipping code is used, and you wish to return all or parts of your order, any postage costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

SIZING

Please be sure to check sizes. Spanish brands tend to run smaller than the U.K. high street so if your little one is between sizes (eg 12-18M please size up to 24M) this ensures there is enough growing room for your little one.

RETURNS:

Please contact us about returns. items must arrive back in the same condition with any original tags and packaging within 14 days. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund minus any postage costs. Please note if there are any signs of wear to the item and it is not returned in the same condition it was received, a full refund won’t be issued.

Sale items & Pre order/Made to order items are non refundable, these can be exchanged for other items or for store credit. Anything that is custom is non refundable

PERSONLISED ITEMS: Unfortunately we can NOT offer a return or refunds on any personalised or custom pieces.
Please note there is up to a 14 day lead time on personalised items.

FAULTS: In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this matter.
